Monsieur Helios’ Jersey Royal Potatoes

Monsieur hellios, a migrant farmer from France, uprooted and came to Jersey to farm its steep but sunny slopes.  He found his own gold, Jersey Royal Potatoes, his secrets have been handed down through generations of his farming family.
