90 Miles of fragrant lavender billow under the watchful, careful eye of Caroline Alexander who expertise has encouraged this mediterranean herb to flourish on her Kentish farm. From even further afield, seasonal Indian workers skilfully and patiently hand-cut the coveted harvest, soothed by its inherent properties which are then captured by Caroline who harness’s its magic, extracting fragrance and flavour from within, employing it to soothe, heal and restore us.
