Feasts of Provence by Robert Carrier OBE
Provence remained a special place to Robert Carrier during his lifetime. The chef, cookery writer and restauranteur had spent time there as a young man. I accompanied him on his nostalgic journey roaming through the history of Provence to discover the origins of particular Provincial dishes. I listened to his memories of the past and photographed many of the moments evoked by yesterday as he fell in love all over again.
